Hi I would like to request if there is any requirements I can submit to support the birth certificate of my baby...it has no signature of attendant at birth/informant that's why my matben has been rejected...i gave birth at home and there was no attendant or midwife that helped me gave birth only my mom help me but I was rush to the hospital after but they won't sign the birth certificate cause they said I didn't give birth in the hospital...thank you in advance for your help
