Good day!
I humbly seek help on your good office for financial assistance, hoping to recover from debts and losses made when my dear wife was hospitalize for severe and tested positive for COVID-19.

At first she was having recurrent high colds and flu for 8 days, later on became severe shortness of breath. Where she was rush on the hospital for treatment. Because of this, I was force to take absent for work at that time (Self-Quarantine and medication). Since I was only one working for the family, almost a month inactive of work results financial crisis at the moment.
Due to debts, very hard

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have provide the Covid 19 assistance you have requested for. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
