Good morning, I applied for an SS number and did the web registration online on 01/16/2024. But, when I went to the SSS office in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, they informed me that my application couldn't proceed because the details on my web registration didn't match those on my birth certificate. Specifically, my middle name was missing on the Personal Record UMID Card form.

They told me that I have to wait for about a month for my middle name to be added to the system. I am reaching out to ask for an assistance and would appreciate any suggestions to expedite the process. Thank you.
