Nais ko pong humingi ng copy nang aking Salary loan Disclosure Statement. Ibibigay ko po ito sa aking employer para po iapprove ang aking salary loan application po. Hindi ko po kac nadownload nung nag online application ako sa loan ko kac hindi po nagpakita ang disclosure statement deretso na po sa submit. Thank u po.
