Hi i would like to request and to assist regarding My application to sss cabanatuan death claim benefit of my late husband that i filed last feb 11, 2021 upon checking to sss cabanatuan where i filed my application they are waiting for the copy of news paper publication that will came from the main office of sss quezon city, sss cabanatuan always follow to qc however said sss cabanatuan no response from sss quezon city, sss death claim processing is 45 days however its more than 180 days until now pls help us to resolve this issue thank you and more power,Ss number 0333490921
