Purpose: Because my husband had a loan from 2011 and and already had penalty I paid for it in installments

I am requesting for loan adjustment of my husbands sss because the previous loan were already paid but still it shows that he has obligation to pay again. He make a new loan because the previous loan were paid already but still it is not adjusted and accumulating penalty! I sent email to ofw assistance to riyadh How many days will the sss office should make a response tothis kind of problem. We are OFW and we are paying our  paying our obligations you should do yours too!
