I would like to know if my previous employer is liable for not filing my Sickness and EC claims.

I tested positive for Covid-19 on August 24, 2021, immediately took precautions and self-isolate on the said date up to September 6, 2021. I underwent Covid-19 testing on the following day, and the result was negative.

I returned to work on September 21, 2021 & submitted medical tests and certificates requested by my employer. I filed my Sickness and EC claims on October 4 thru our HR Dept.

To date, however, no Sicknes and EC filed on my SSS member account.
