Good day!

SSS member po ako, SEL- EMPLOYED - JUNIVER IGPIT, SSS number 09-3978835-4, Nag trabaho po ako sa Goverment Contratual bilang Job order. Nag positive kase ako before sa covid last September 18,  na discharge po ako October 2, 2021. May certification po ako sa RT PCR TEST- positive. Paano po pa  ma claim yung EC Cash Assistance? maari po akong maka claim nito? sana po ma sagot nyu po ang mga tanong ko. maraming salamat.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide the Covid 19 assistance you have requested for. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
