To whom this may concern:
  I am Mr. Raffy L. Angcla and I am presently unemployed but still wish to continue paying my monthly contribution as Voluntary member thru online..I tried to register online with your portal but cannot succeed as it needs my registered mobile number before which I no longer have now please advice me what to do to register online.i also don't have any receipts with me with my previous employer..pls. advice.thank you
