Gabia 02:54 PM, Oct 01, 2021

I would like to request your good office on how to claim SSS sickness benefits due to Covid-19 because I was Covid-19 positive and got admitted in the hospital from August 29 to September 13 and continued another 7days from September 13-19 home quarantine. I was tested using RT-PCR test last August 31. Hoping for you to kindly help me. Thank you very much.
