Our company, Roice's Gold Room Corporation, with SSS Employer ID Number 0395900310, request for a copy of employer registration information or R1.

We lost our R1 copy of registration information. May I request for the employer registration information copy so that we can made an online sss account as well as for the continuation of our payment of contributions.
