Hi, I was responded by Ms. Aurora Ignacio, FOI Officer on may previous request dated 08 Sept 2020 1:53:19, she replied to allow time for the disbursement of loan. However, it was stated that the loan proceeds shall be credited to member-borrower's account within three to five working days from the approval date of the loan. Date of my approved SSS Calamity loan was 01 September 2020,  7th day today (working days only) and loan is still not yet credited.
