Hi good day,

I have SSS online account but i forgot the email and user ID unfortunately.I Also forgot my email account that i used to register in my SSS.

Maybi request that my email address be replaced with [jaypeecapulong667@gmail.com] which is my active email as of date.

Here are my details relevant to this purpose:

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing.
