Applied for sss calamity loan on June 19 and was approved on nine 25. As per SSS check was already forwarded to the local post office but as of this writing, no mail was received on my registered address. This is disappointing.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab.

Please be informed that due to strict community quarantine restrictions during the time of your query, loan checks were delivered later than usual.

Your right to request a review
