Hi ! I would like to seek assistance if i could still file for claim for my previous maternity last July 2012.

Hi. Yes, you may still apply for your maternity benefit claim for 2012 because it is still within the 10-year prescriptive period provided that your are qualified to avail of the said benefit during that time.
