Hi!

I just would like to know where is my SSS calamity check now. I applied on the 18th of June via website and according to the check was already generated since the 23rd of June but still I have not received it.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab.

For other SSS concerns, please send your query through https://crms.sss.gov.ph or visit the nearest SSS branch. You may also reach the SSS through phone at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review
