Good day, I applied for SSS UMID last December 20, 2019 at Robinson's
Galleria. I was advised to come back in May 2020 for the ID capture
and if I have received notification regarding so.
Unfortunately, I did not receive any message and I tried visiting the branch last week but they didn't allow me to enter since they insisted that I should have a text message from SSS, which I don't have. It's been over six months and they didn't give me any updates.
