Good day!

This is to request to correct the posting of my payment for March 2023. Instead of voluntary contribution, the said payment was intended for WISP plus payment.

Due to the inadvertently wrong posting of my payment on March 16, 2023, with ref no. WC231386000231. I wasn't able to file for a salary loan. This was coordinated with SSS-Gil Puyat Branch last May 16, 2023, but until now they have no status regarding my request.

Can you also please help me to fast-track my request? I intend to make a loan for emergency purposes.
