I would like to request an update regarding my SSS loan. It says in the email sent to me that it has been approved last July 04, 2020, and the first amortization month is in August. But then again, it's August already and I still don't have the loan that I applied for. How am I suppose to pay for something that I don't even have? The money is very important and is to be used for emergency purposes but it has been a month and I still don't know any update about it as to where I should claim it or whatever. SSS office keeps on telling us that it's on the website but it's not there! UPDATE ASAP!
