Hi, we are just wondering why up to now, the disability benefits of my son, Leomario Antonio Flores Narbonita was not yet processed/extended:
1. My son was involved in a car accident last Jan.10, 2021, with his two (2) siblings and a nephew that resulted in a broken right thigh that was  operated on, a metal was inserted into the bones;
2. Due to the operation, he was not able to report for work up to this writing, with no income to sustain his medical/therapy bills, our family just pitched in to help him;
3. My son filed disability benefits with his employer - Lufthansa Phils.

Erratum: The subject should read as Sickness Notification instead of Disability Benefits filed by my son Leomario Antonio F. Narbonita with Lufthansa, Phils. Inc.
