Good day!

I would like to ask for the process on how to apply for the financial assistance of COVID-19 survivor. I resigned from my last work last January 9, 2022, and tested positive last January 13, 2022. May I ask what are the benefits or assistance that I can get? Thank you.

Your FOI request is approved. If you are an SSS member, you may check your eligibility and apply for Sickness Benefit Claim using your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph. For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
