Hi I would like to follow up in regards with the change of membership status. I've already paid my contribution as a voluntary member as instructed me n your SSS dasmarinas branch. The payment has been posted however the status was not. 

I am currently 8mos. Pregnant and was separated from employment since July 31st. I've went to your branch for further assistance for 3x however no help was provided. Kept on advising to process a payment and the status will be changed automatically. 

Keeping an eye on my account for a month now. But still the status wasn't changed

Hope for your immediate assistance.. Really frustrated going back and forth. Already have all of the necessary documents but yet unable to submit nor upload it due to lack of assistance nor update on your website.

Already have an active ticket in regards with this concern but still receiving an automated message from y'all advising that you will check on it.

But still no action was completed.
