Please direct your query to https://crms.sss.gov.ph or visit the nearest SSS branch. You may reach the SSS through phone at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
