Please attached file for e4. This mobile no. Should've been In your system for almost a decade now. We we're adviced that it would take 1 month for it to be updated in the system. We were also adviced to fill up a form pensioner data change request which is the same as e4 but different name. I was adviced that it'll be faster. Your pensioner needs a loan to get a surgery but he cannot do so because of SSS incompetence.
