HI I would like to request for the following information:

1. Follow up the status of our Sickness / EC Claim Benefits po. Nag positive po kasi last August 26, 2021. Yung sa sickness po kasi namin was na filed around October 06 to 08, 2021. As of now po as per checking po sa Online account po namin sa SSS wala pa po kasi nakapost. Ilang days po kaya ang processing po?
