Hi, I would like to ask of the sss portal is still inaccessible? I have submitted all my requirement last August 12 for matben. Mat 2 - miscarriage. However, up until now, my matben has not been processed yet due to portal problems. I have been seeing other who were able to submit their application and got approved, but mine wasn't even submitted yet. Per HR, the branch is also not accepting manual filing event their portal is at fault.
My 60-day matleave is ending on Sep 16, now benefits received yet until now.
