Hello and good day!

My name is Reinane Maderazo and I'm in desperate  need of assistance to know where I can trace or provide me any status of my Calamity Loan filed in SSS last June 26. I have tried almost everything, calling their hotline as well as sending an email (ticket#20081277111) and I still haven't got any response from them. 

A cheque has been generated around July 3, 2020 which should be sent to my home Mailing addres. Unfortunately, I've no idea where the cheque was mailed out not even a tracking number. 
Any help is so much appreciated!
