Hi! I would like to thank you for your swift response regarding my last request for the follow up of my EC Claims due to COVID.

I am hoping that you can still assist me on my SS Claims for COVID assistance as it is still pending for medical evaluation.

Here is my claim reference number.

SS Claim Number - SNEW2702022031025808 (still pending for medical evaluation)

EC Claim Number - SNEW2702022031026061 (already approved by EC-SN Medical Evaluation Center and is now up for processing)

Your right to request a review
