HI!

I would like to seek your assistance as it was reported by my employer that I have overpayment to SSS. I have the proof that this was indeed verified by the SSS staff in TAFT. I sent them email countless of times for follow-up but no response received from them. 

The matter was escalated to SSS last 2019 of May. However, some of the overpaid amount, approx 6k-7k, was still not returned to me.
