Good day, i would like to request the status of my sss salary loan and calamity loans.

1. I was able to applied my salary loan last june 11,2020 and approved in june 16,2020. But since office was shutdown,my check was not able to received by my employer because of pandemic status.until now,i dont have idea where postal they send my loan check or when i will receive my check thru my mailing address?
2. My calamity loan was applied last july  29,2020 and approved at july 30,2020.i applied my bank account to had my own bank account and easy to receive my loans,but still no receive any from this.
