Good Day.
Ako po sana ay nakikiusap kung puwede po sana na ibahin ang mode of disbursement ng calamity loan ko from cheque to direct deposit. Dahil ayaw po ibigay sakin ng past employer ko which is Teleperformance Ayala ang Calamity Loan check ko kasi daw nag AWOL daw ako sa company nila. Nagawa ko lang naman un ay dahil may emergency sa province na kailangan kong puntahan at ayaw nila akong payagan. Ngayon ay iniipit nila ang cheke ko. Kailangan ko po iyon dahil ako ay isa din sa biktima ng unemployment due to corona virus. May baby pa po ako na kailangan kong bilhan ng gatas. Parang awa niyo

Good morning po. May complaint lang po sana ako. Kasi nag apply ako last june 23 2020 ng calamity loan. Tapos po hanggang ngayun di ko pa din natatanggap yung cheke ko. Nag assume ako na na cancelled na ung cheke ko kasi alam ko 3 months lang validity. Tapos nung mag aapply ako ng salary loan . Baket 37 pesos lang nakuha ko? 1st loan ko to sa sss . Baket naman ganun.. 37 pesos tapos ang kaltas sakin every month 800 pesos? Sana may sumagot sa email ko. Kasi nakaka 100 emails na ako sainyo wala namang sumasagot. Sayang lang ung loan ko. Salamat

For the crediting of loan proceeds, we also made available the option of having it credited through UMID-ATM, UBP Quick Card and DBP PesoNet Options.
