Hi! Would like to follow up regarding my salary loan. It got approved and granted on March 2, 2020. Two months had passed and I haven't receive my loan check yet nor I do not know where it is and how to track it. My monthly amortization will start this month. I tried contacting the following SSS Trunkline: (632) 920 6401
• SSS Call Center: (632) 920 6446 to 55; IVRS: (632) 917 7777
• SSS Email: member_relations@sss.gov.ph and I did not receive any feedback nor was I answered. Hope you can help me. Thank you.

Your FOI request is approved. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to SSS President and CEO Aurora C. Ignacio. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
