I have a concern regarding my unsuccessful registration on the SSS website. Here is what appeared for your reference: 

1. Your name and/or date of birth does not match your SSS records.
2. You cannot register in the SSS Website because no date of coverage is indicated in your SSS records.

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding this. Thank you.

Your request is being denied because Freedom of Information (FOI) does not cover inquiries and concerns that disclose member information and details.

To address your concern, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph.

We also want to take this opportunity to remind you to be vigilant and refrain from displaying personal data on public platforms as this may be used in fraudulent activities.

Your right to request a review
