Hello, for the longest time I have tried sending an email to this address member_relations@sss.gov.ph, no reply. I even tried to call all their hotline number but none of them are working.

I used to be an OFW in UAE and I forgot to bring back all my documents including the copy of my SSS with me.  I would like to please ask if I could have any proof of my SSS ( E1, E4, 46 / Verification Slip / Member's Statistic Data Form or any proof) because the company that I'm applying for needs it the soonest.
