Hi, I'm trying to register in SSS online account for several days already but to no avail.
 It always says that my name/date of birth doesn't match in my SSS records. But how come it doesn't match because I already have the Unified Multi-Purpose ID and it match to the one I'm entering in the registration..
Hope you can help me regarding my problem.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
