Hi I would like to request an explanation regarding why my EC Claim was rejected by medical evaluation center last March 24, 2022. and the reason stated that :REFILE CLAIM ONLINE; EMPLOYED PER VERIFICATION; FILE CLAIM THROUGH EMPLOYER. I just want to understand why judgement or output of the said request was done.
