Good day. I am Christopher Franco Cunanan with SSS #-33-2870325-1. I was approved on my online application for salary loan last march 23, 2020 with a proceed of P39, 183.56.

I am at the province right now. Thru a friend, I was able to ask a SSS employee on what to do. I was told to do a follow-up so I may trace the registry number and what post office was my cheque mailed to. Please let me have this information so I can have it deposited. Hope you help a fellowman on this hard times. Thank you!

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by logging in to your My.SSS account in the My.SSS Member Portal at member.sss.gov.ph. The information regarding your loan can be accessed under the "Inquiry" tab of the said portal.

Your right to request a review
