HI, I would like to request assistance on how to reset my username and password. I tried resetting it using the guide provided at your website but when i did the put your SS no. and type in captcha to send a link to my email (my email address is correct) no link was send and i was doing the captcha over and over again. Your captcha reset password does not work. 

Kindly guide me on what to do, i want to access my online SSS member portal.
