To whom it may concern,

Good day!

I would like to request for a financial assistance, so it can cover my needs. I was absent since January 10 due to having a flu, cough and colds and tested positive last January 14, 2022. It would be a big help for me since I am also a tenant.

For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
