Hi I'm Jessa Pagdato 
Hi! I would like to file a financial assistance for the period of my sickness due COVID-19. Hoping your assistance. Thank you. My office  mate has symptoms so our Company admin decided to test all employees close contact with her.March 25 - I got flu March 26- got my swab RT-PCR test March 27- got the result - positive March 27 - since I'm asymptomatic I took home quarantine as per Doctors Advice
