Good day! 

Hi, I've been unemployed for more than a year now. My last contribution was September 2018. My EDD is on July 2020. I cannot personally come to your good office due to sensitive pregnancy and was advice for bed rest. I just wanna know if:

1.  Can I still apply for maternity Benefits even if I'm unemployed? 

2. Can I still paid for my contributions before the said date to be able to claim my maternity Benefits? 

3. Can my husband process all my papers with my consent providing my authorization letter and UMID ID? 

4. What are the requirements needed?
