Hi! I would like to request for the real reason on why does my father's pension from April to June 2022 is not yet released until now? He's been following up since May 2022 directly on SSS Kalookan branch on a monthly basis but until now they still didn't have the right response.

He went today again (August 19, 2022) to follow-up but he was just told to open his sss account, click e-services -> disbursement -> re-disbursement to see the status of his request but it only shows "No re-disbursement records found."
