Good day!

This is to follow up for the status of my salary loan made last March 09,2020 says that my application was already processed yet I'm still not receiving any pay check for my loan. My coworkers also applied for the same loan at the same time and they already received their pay check.

I attached a screenshot of my loan transaction from my SSS online account for your reference.
 I will appreciate your assistance regarding this matter.
