Dear Sir/Madaam, i mr Bryan F. Dahan a Seabase OFW would like to asked from your good office an application for a loan related state of calamity due to covid 19 desease, which is both may family living in Davao City and my wife family which i also giving support financially for thier medicines and daily food expenses, but sadly im running out of funding and i nowhere can find to barrow money, am in a vacation since last Sept. 28, 2021.. for now my only hope is to asked your help Sir/Madaam from your wholehearted.. please allow me for a loan so that i can continue my support to my loves once.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we apologize but COVID-19 Calamity Loan has already ended. You may still apply for loans and other benefits at your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
