Hi! I would like to follow-up on the status of our calamity loan application. We have submitted our application last June 30, 2020 and it was approved last July 08, 2020. We have been checking on the SSS Portal and the Loan Application Status was "Disbursement Thru the Bank - G", however, the approved loan amount has not been credited to our bank accounts. Last July 20, we sent a ticket on this matter thru crms.sss.gov.ph and it was stated that the response time was 72 hours but it was already a week and until now, we have not received any reply.
