Hi, I would like request the status of my SSS CALAMITY LOAN CHEQUE. I applied my calamity loan last June 16,2020 via online and to be deliver to my mailing address, but still now it hasn't arrive yet.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab. You may also call 1455 or email member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

Please be informed that due to strict quarantine restrictions during the time of your query, loan checks are delivered later than usual.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
