Salting 01:57 PM, Jan 14, 2022

Hello. I, on behalf of my employer, would like to know if we can disclose to PhilHealth an employee's SSS R3? And if yes, what is the basis without violating the Data Privacy Act of 2012 or any other laws?

As a background, PhilHealth is requesting us to submit the SSS R3 report to them stating that this that might help us in checking the PhilHealth numbers of 763 members. PhilHealth mentioned that this can be an option for us to verify the PIN of said members. We just want to check with you if we can do so without violating any laws. Thank you.
