Hi. I have been following up with SSS through email but unfortunately no one seems to be responding and checking in on their communication portal. Even their phone lines are inaccessible. A government office like any other offices should have the courtesy to respond to emails sent to their offices. I understand the number of those who are following up, but I don't think it should take months before you can respond to a letter even just to acknowledge receipt. I am about to be deducted of the loan I have applied and been approved of, but the issue I had with them has not been resolved.
