i would like to request na paki ayos nman po ang salary loan ko, naapproved ito ngunit binawas nila ang calamity loan which is hindi naman succesfull ang disbursement dahil mali ang account number na nailagay ko. mahigit isang buwan na pero hindi pa din nila kinacancel ang calamity loan ko at ngayong naapproved ang salary loan ko bakit binawas nila ito dito, samantalang dko pa naman nacclaim ang amount ng calamity loan na ito. paki ayos naman po. kung maari sana idisburse nila ang aking calamity loan sa tamang account number na nirehistro ko. salamat.

I have a complain on sss.. nagfile po ako ng salary loan at calamity loan. Cancelled ang calamity loan ko due to wrong account number then i already change it. My salary loan was granted pero bakit hindi tama ang amount na nakuha ko. Ibinawas nila ang calamity loan ko which is cancelled naman. Kulang ang salary loan na nakuha ko in short. Paki ayos naman sana sss. 

My sss # 33-8304766-4
Date of birth : December 14, 1985

Kindly check and fix it. Deposit po yung kulang na amount sa account number na inenroll ko sa sss. Please.
