I would like to ask for your assistance regarding my SSS Salary Loan. I applied my loan last June, upon checking on my SSS app my first monthly amortization already started last August but I have not received my Salary Loan yet.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the salary loan information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact SSS Member Relations Department at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
